A Program in the context of an End-Product
It is assumed that the governance structure of a Program provides the right management framework for the lifecycle of an End-Product.
While the End-Product can be broken down into its constituting Systems, Components and Part (as well as potentially any software), the Program is broken down into Projects.
To this end, it is assumed that a Program focusses on an End-Product in its entirety, while the associated Projects manage the involved Systems, Components and Part (as well as potentially any software).
