The Management of Complex Engineering Programs is the scope of my services as a consultant.

As I regard the same understanding of terminologies as an important pre-requisite for successfully delivering my services to my clients, I developed a simple, yet adaptable model about Engineering, Programs, Management and Complexity.

My Themes

To support the Management of Complex Engineering Programs, I developed the 4P Concept, consisting of 25 Themes in four Focus Groups, with each Theme being build around Deming's Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
